Second Guess
Offline Game Privacy Policy
Last Updated / Effective Date: 9 October 2026
Overview and Core Commitment
Second Guess is a fully offline game. It does not connect to the internet, harvest information, or collect, store, transmit, sell, or share user data. This applies to every player, on every supported device.
The game does not create an account or profile, and it does not retain information about you or your use of the game.
Zero Data Collection
We do not collect or retain any information, including:
- Personal identification information (PII), such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, account details, or contact lists.
- Device identifiers or technical data, including IDFA, GAID, IP addresses, MAC addresses, or hardware fingerprints.
- Usage, gameplay, diagnostic, crash, or telemetry data.
- Location, payment, or other information that could identify or relate to a player.
The game uses no tracking, cookies, local-storage tracking, or background analytics. It does not save user or gameplay data for later retrieval.
Device Permissions and Hardware
The game requests no network permissions. Its released builds do not include the Android internet permission or network access capability. On platforms that do not present a network-permission prompt, the game still makes no network connections.
If an optional device feature such as haptic feedback or vibration is used, it operates locally through the device and only as part of the immediate gameplay experience. It does not access, record, or transmit information.
Third-Party SDKs and Services
Second Guess does not integrate third-party advertising networks, tracking SDKs, analytics providers, crash reporters, or data-collection services. No third party receives data from the game.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 13, or from children under 16 in the EEA or UK. In fact, no information is collected from any player, regardless of age. The game has no accounts, data-submission features, or online services through which a child could provide information to us.
Future Changes to This Policy
This policy describes the current offline version of Second Guess. If a future version adds online features or otherwise changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date before those changes take effect. We will make the revised policy available through the game and its app-store listing, and explain any new data practices and choices before introducing them.
